Products are sold through a multi-channel system of Industrial Catalogs, Distribution, Representative and Direct. Sales Manager Achieved 38% growth over the past nine years. Daily direction of diverse sales channels including: Catalog, OEM, Distributor, Representative and Direct.

Manage an immediate staff of six: Product Managers, Sales Engineers and three support staff. Hire/fire and performance review.

Budgeting and Forecasting.

Established long-term predictive maintenance service contracts for a broad range of industries from water management to pharmaceutical manufacturing.  Assisted local Maintenance Managers and Engineers in communicating financial returns of condition-based maintenance.
